SUMMARY

Cecilia Catalina Penllenc Duprat was born in her maternal grandparents’ house one kilometer south of La Plaza, a town that was later called Villa San José, today a city, Colón department, Entre Ríos, in a hot and humid summer like almost all Entre Ríos summers.  She was a tireless reader, eager for knowledge, she studied several languages, especially French, which she spoke and wrote correctly, as well as Italian, German and Hebrew. He dedicated several hours to writing; He always found a reason to write poetry, his life itself was full of it and any manifestation of nature, no matter how small, became his inspiring muse.
